Surviving first few stars if the player is careful should not be an issue. A lot of tests were done and I made sure it wouldn't feel overpowered or under-powered and balanced it just perfectly. This mod takes it a step further and rebalances the game with a simple edit. Armor feels weak and clunky, and most of the time you buy it because frankly, it is there.įighting against waves of cops with perfect aim and perception like in older GTAs is next to impossible.
